What you type into the calculators

Every calculation runs in your browser. Your age, heart rates, weights, distances and times are never sent to a server, and the site makes no network requests with them. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.

What is stored on your device

The site uses your browser's local storage, which stays on your device, for two things:

• your colour theme, if you pick Paper or Monitor instead of Auto;
• the age, resting heart rate and maximum heart rate choice you enter on the heart rate zone or target heart rate page, so the other page can fill them in. The Reset button on either page clears them.

You can also remove both by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The site does not use cookies.

Page-view counting

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or cross-site tracking. It never receives what you type into the calculators.

Hosting

The pages are served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it handles basic request information such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

Links to other sites

Pages link to sources, to sister sites and to two recommended services, CleanTempMail and WebTraceCheck. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow a link.
